Where do you ship?

We offer free, standard shipping anywhere in Canada on all orders. 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You’ll receive an email from us confirming your order and another email when your order ships. If you haven’t received any emails to confirm your order, please check your spam box. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order ships within 2 business days. Standard shipping times are 3 to 6 business days. 

Why did my order arrive in an Amazon box? 

We use Amazon's fulfillment services to store and ship our products. This helps us keep our processing and shipping costs lower so we can offer things like free shipping!

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused products in the original packaging with 14 days of your product arrival date. If 14 days have gone by after your product arrives, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. You are responsible for paying any shipping costs to return your item to our address which will be provided to you when you request a return.

If the product you receive is damaged please contact us right away so that we can process a refund or replace the product for you.
